About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the industry with headquarter in Hong Kong.

Job Description

- Develop, implement, and manage IT service management processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to internal and external customers
- Maintain and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services
- Manage incident, problem, change, and release management processes to minimize the impact of service disruptions and improve service availability
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of IT services and alignment with organizational goals
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ITSM processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ITIL, ISO, and COBIT

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- All rounded IT infrastructure solution design, maintenance and support
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher
- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, Windows based infrastructure, MDM, networking, cybersecurity
- Experience in managing ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues related to ITSM processes
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
