We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead our Group-wide technology strategy across enterprise applications, smart production systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This senior leadership role partners closely with business leaders to deliver secure, reliable, and data‑driven solutions that enable impactful operations across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage an End‑to‑end Group IT business workflow analysis and governance of technology initiatives;
  • Manage Group-wide enterprise systems, including ERP, WMS, CRM, customer-facing platforms, and system integrations;
  • Data and analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights through BI and harmonised data models;
  • Manage Print MIS, production, progress technologies, and process automation;
  • Core IT services encompassing infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, business continuity, and service delivery;
  • IT and OT strategy execution, budget ownership, and management of vendors and strategic partners;
  • Enterprise data governance, PDPO compliance, and consistent technology standards across subsidiari.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a related discipline;
  • AT LEAST 12 years or above of progressive experience in senior IT leadership roles managing both business application/ systems and infrastructure within manufacturing;
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise applications, system integration, and data and reporting platforms;
  • Experience with production, manufacturing, or operational systems is highly desirable;
  • Strong leadership capability with demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, team management, and project governance;
  • Commercially astute, with hands-on experience in budget control, vendor management, and measuring return on investment;
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection practices;
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
