Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Manager/ Senior Manager of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the technology infrastructure team to ensure the continuous operation of IT systems.
  • Overseeing the implementation of security measures and protocols across all IT systems.
  • Collaborating with other department heads to align technology goals with business objectives.
  • Developing strategies to manage risks and respond to security incidents.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Evaluating and selecting technology vendors to support infrastructure and security needs.
  • Facilitating the professional development and training of the technology team.
  • Reporting to senior management on technology infrastructure and security performance.



Depending on which role(s) are you interested in (as listed under the job summary), you will be a SME expert in one of the domains or infrastructure technologies.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate(s) should have

  • A degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing technology infrastructure and security operations in an enterprise scale organization.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, security protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent domain-based technology leadership and team / project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese & English, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Outstanding technical capability in one of the below scope:
    • SME for virtualization
    • SME for network
    • SME for Cloud technologies (Microsoft Cloud/ O365/ Azure/ AWS)
    • Service Manager (service management / infra or IT service support consulting)
    • All-round IT Infrastructure Managers (Lean team, all-round and hands-on)
