Job Description

  • Manage the cyber transformation initiative to ensure alignment with strategy, policies, and procedures. Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including project selection criteria, prioritization methods, and resource allocation models.
  • Develop, track, and communicate deliverables, including project scope and success criteria. Ensure projects align with organisational goals and objectives. Monitor project performance whilst identifying risks to implement effective project management methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders and senior management to present project objectives, planning, progress, and risks.
  • Understand cybersecurity requirements in relation to business requirements, negotiate with stakeholders to ensure implementation scope and timeline, and work with domain experts for solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with domain experts for architecture design, solution research, technical requirement documentation, technical testing, solution configuration, user training, maintenance and support.
  • Facilitate the procurement process to ensure compliance through following organisational guidelines.
  • Engage and manage vendors, working with delivery teams to finalize and track progress.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in an information technology related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, project management, implementation, and operations.
  • Proven experience in implementing Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Experience with various project management and governance techniques. Analytical thinker with the ability to understand and resolve difficult project issues.
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to approach a problem from user and technical perspectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in client-facing role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Cantonese is a must.
