Job Description
- Take the lead in whole IT transformation programme which will include but not limited to changing all the legacy and clinical systems and driving digital transformation for them
- Enhance the development, adoption and usage of web and mobile applications
- Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, integration & support work and manage execution teams accordingly
- Identify, evaluate and monitor external suppliers for their services
- Develop resources and staffing plan
- Introduce and bring in industry best-practices to the group
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Science
- Proficient track record in IT project management within healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
- Ideally with solid experience supporting HK Hospital Authority / Hospitals / Healthcare Group / Clinics
- PMP / Agile certified
- Outstanding communication skills in Chinese and English
- With sense of accountability and proactiveness
- Passionate in what he / she does
