Job Description

  • Oversee end‑to‑end project lifecycle using standard project management methodologies, covering project design, scope management, budgeting, cost control, quality control, and performance reporting.
  • Develop, track and manage project budget, project plan, timelines and project scope.
  • Manage project resources, including procurement of project staff, team development, coaching, motivation and performance support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements.
  • Lead development teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Define test plans and ensure products are defect‑free prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate UAT processes, including rollout planning and schedule management.
  • Prepare and present cost‑benefit analyses to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure appropriate systems development standards and project management processes are followed.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to steering committees or project sponsors.
  • Drive and support digital transformation initiatives with hands‑on involvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience, including at least 8 years in project management, with proven success in driving digital transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder-facing and presentation skills, able to engage senior management effectively.
  • Solid project management expertise; PMP/PMI certification and Agile knowledge are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, cross‑team collaboration, and leadership capabilities, with experience managing complex, multi‑platform technology initiatives.
