Job Description

As an IT Operations Support Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing structured cabling and data center operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards for IT infrastructure.
  • Managing vendor relationships for maintenance and upgrades related to structured cabling and data centers.
  • Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related challenges.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining accurate records of IT operations activities.
  • Supporting special projects related to technology upgrades and system migrations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Operations Support Manager should have:

  • A solid understanding of structured cabling and data center operations.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure within the financial services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
