We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Operation Lead to oversee daily IT operations, manage core infrastructure, and support cybersecurity initiatives within our Hong Kong office. This is a hands-on role where the focus will be IT support, infrastructure, cloud, security, and Python-based application support.

Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure and Operation Lead, your main responsibilities will include:

IT Support & Operation

  • Provide deskside and backend technical support to office users.
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange
  • Support terminals and other front-middle-back office systems.
  • Perform daily operational checks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.



Infrastructure, Cloud & Security

  • Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments
  • Maintain on‑prem Windows Server infrastructure, backup systems, and hybrid cloud sync.
  • Support network infrastructure.
  • Participate in cybersecurity operations.
  • Maintain server room operations including fire/water detection systems and physical office security systems.
  • Support Python-based applications or automation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Infrastructure and Operation Lead should have:

  • A strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in IT support, operation, infrastructure and security systems.
  • Solid knowledge of network protocols, server management, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various teams.
