About Our Client

Known for its commitment to sustainability and innovative design, it develops and manages mixed-use developments, including commercial, residential, and retail spaces. It prioritizes creating vibrant communities and enhancing urban environments through its projects.

They are currently seeking an IT Officer to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing and supporting various IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and security. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's technological advancements, optimizing efficiency and delivering innovative solutions in a thriving real estate environment.

Job Description

  • Provide helpdesk support to the internal users on general PC usage
  • Maintain and support the network, server and system infrastructure
  • Collaborate with vendors on IT equipment purchasing and project execution
  • Escalate issue to senior team members when required
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead

The Successful Applicant

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Preferably more than 2 years of in-house IT support experience
  • Capable of handling server hardware and software installation
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft OS, Property Management Systems would be an advantage
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese communication
