IT Manager, Solution Delivery

Responsible for monitor and control all the IT activities, which included internal IT Team, Group IT policies and procedures and contractual obligations, to meet the Business' IT requirements and fulfil service levels
 Responsible for delivering a range of day-to-day IT service support, vendor management, IT procurement, and IT strategy planning and security administration tasks and enhance the IT team of HK in a higher level of standard.
 Responsible for management and enhance the IT team of HK at a higher level of standard.
 To maintain and fulfil the contract requirement of project customers, which included:
Robotics, IoT, Asset Management/ Facility Management systems
 To maintain and provide IT support for contract.
 Manage and study the opportunity of technology tender.
 Responsible to provide the technical advice, cost estimation and technical document for tender bidding.
 To Co-operate with regional team to forming IT standard and compliant with the corporate policy to ensure the corporate is compliant with the corporate standard.
 Manages and builds key stakeholder relationships across the sphere of influence to improve the overall service provided by the outsourcing partner and internal IT team.
