About Our Client

Our client is a large commercial corporation. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring a IT Manager who is 60% lead out source team of 4 on IT helpdesk and VIP support; 20% IT Service Management, SLA and ITIL best practices; 20% work with Infra and Cyber counterparts on transformation projects

Job Description

- Maintain close communication with multiple user departments
- Helpdesk Management: Leading an outsource team of 4 on IT helpdesk and VIP support

- Project Management: Work with infrastructure and cyber counterparts on digital workplace transformation
- Upgrade/ enhancement of ITSM tools, develop SLA and introduce ITIL best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • 8+ years in IT Service Delivery with focus on helpdesk and VIP support; recent 3+ years as Team Leader/ Manager position
  • Experience with ITSM tools e.g. ServiceNow
  • Strong in project and vendor management
  • Experience with patch management, SLA, Agile and ITIL best practices
  • Hands on with O365 admin. Experience with other digital workplace solutions is a plus e.g. SharePoint, Win 10, Power Platform etc.
  • Experience with infrastructure and cyber projects is preferred
  • Experience working at corporate/ enterprise environment
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
  • Decent, proactive, energetic with strong business acumen and leadership skills
