Job Description

As an IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily IT support in the office and supporting the CEO on all IT matters
  • Ensuring stability of the office systems, network and high-performance applications
  • Designing and implementing effective IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintaining the security of all IT systems and ensuring data privacy.
  • Overseeing IT budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Identifying opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Driving digital transformation and innovation in the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
