Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, designing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies
  • Developing and maintaining procedures and documentation for IT systems
  • Evaluating emerging technology trends in the insurance industry
  • Providing technical expertise in troubleshooting IT infrastructure related issues
  • Ensuring IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
  • Conducting regular system audits and performance reviews
  • Training and mentoring team members on new technologies

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Infrastructure Consultant should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with insurance industry technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory standards
