IT Head (IoT, Smart City) - Relocate PRC Talents to HK

The Head of IT will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's IT strategy to support its ambitious growth in smart city, IoT solutions. This includes identifying and integrating emerging technologies that enhance urban mobility, connectivity, and operational intelligence. The role will lead the development of scalable digital infrastructure and data platforms to support real-time analytics and automation across smart systems.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems and ensure seamless integration with IoT devices and TMS. They will manage the design, security, and performance of IT infrastructure-including networks, servers, and cloud environments-while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities. Leading a team of approximately 20 professionals, the Head of IT will foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, while managing vendors and project timelines. The role also includes establishing robust cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving digital transformation initiatives that align with business goals. Cross-functional collaboration will be key, as the Head of IT will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver smart, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and service delivery across the organization.
