We're seeking a dynamic Digital Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple digital initiatives. You'll be the glue between product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders-driving execution, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Job Description

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (web, mobile, cloud, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog items
  • Track progress using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across teams
  • Champion Agile best practices and coach teams on Scrum principles
  • Report on velocity, burndown charts, and delivery KPIs



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in digital project management or Scrum Master roles
  • Proven track record delivering complex digital products in Agile environments
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Consulting experience at a Big 4 firm or similar is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with UX/UI, cloud platforms, and DevOps is a bonus
