About Our Client

Our client is a large property group. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring a IT Business Analyst to drive SAP implementation project.

Job Description

  • Responsible for managing SAP ERP system implementation projects
  • Conduct user requirement gathering, gap analysis, SIT, UAT until systems launch from end-to-end cycle
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, development team and manage vendors to ensure project deliverable and business goals are achieved
  • Perform data conversion and consolidate data from different systems for data processing review and analysis
  • Prepare documentation, user training and also project's status update

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business administration or relevant disciplines
  • 3+ year' experience as IT Business Analyst
  • Experience in large scale ERP implementation e.g. SAP/ Oracle/ D365 etc.
  • Possess SAP ERP implementation experience is a huge plus (Financial and Procurement modules is a plus)
  • Experience with Agile Scrum practices is preferred
  • Familiar with property and construction related applications e.g. leasing/ facility/ property management systems is a plus
  • Skills in SQL
  • Property/ Real Estate/ Construction background is a huge plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player and self-motivated
  • Good command in Chinese and English
