IT Business Analyst (ERP - D365 Project)

- Perform user communication, gather requirements and documentations including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flow charts.
- Perform business processes and workflows analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive ERP migration project from SAP ECC 6.0 to D365.
- Work with users on testing new applications and drive system enhancements.
- Provide ongoing application support and analysis.
- Manage and resolve support tickets for business applications, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Generate and maintain reports to track project progress and business performance.
- Prepare training materials and provide training to end-users.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams on effective communication and expectation alignment.
- Work with IT Project Manager to schedule meetings, track project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project components.
