Job Description

  • Collaborate with business users and delivery teams to gather, validate, and document business requirements
  • Analyze requirements and propose practical recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, including:
    • Defining test scenarios and test data requirements
    • Executing test cases within agreed timelines
  • Identify risks and proactively raise defects during testing, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in accordance with established procedures
  • Support delivery teams in ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business expectations



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in individual insurance products and operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to:
    • Independently gather and structure information
    • Perform detailed analysis with a high level of accuracy
    • Document requirements clearly and effectively
  • Proven experience supporting digital initiatives or transformation projects
