Job Description

  • Lead requirements gathering, design, and implementation of AI chatbot solutions across customer service, internal operations, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with NLP engineers, UX designers, and product managers to optimize chatbot performance and user experience.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for chatbot adoption and effectiveness.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and AI integration.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, and transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
  • Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience with AI chatbot platforms (e.g., Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa).
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies: cloud, automation, data analytics, and enterprise platforms.
  • Agile/Scrum experience and certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus.
