Job Description

As the Associate Director (IT Infrastructure), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing IT infrastructure and operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Managing IT service delivery, ensuring alignment with the business goals of the company.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for infrastructure improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions in Hong Kong.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and managing contracts effectively.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to IT operations.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for the role should have:

  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and operations management.
  • Proven experience as a hands-on infrastructure manager with excellent tech skills, people management as well as stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology or Computer Science.
