Our client is a well-known organization with very strong financial stability.

Job Description

  • Demonstrate a successful track record in setting up and scaling technology initiatives, teams, and processes from the ground up
  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional IT projects, including enterprise-wide application rollouts, system integrations, and digital transformations.
  • Ensure seamless upgrades, migrations, and replacements of hardware and software systems to optimize performance and mitigate risks
  • Manage the IT vendor ecosystem and external service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of commercial awareness and business acumen within the IT team to better understand and address the organization's operational and strategic requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in IT planning, system implementation, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and application development, preferably in the F&B and FMCG industry
  • Extensive hands-on experience with the implementation and management of enterprise-level applications, such as ERP (e.g. Oracle JDE) , BI and other industry-specific systems.
  • Proven track record of leading successful multi-national IT projects and initiatives.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive, independent, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
