About Our Client

Our client is a sizable HK-listed manufacturing company, they are rapidly expanding and provide great learning opportunities and platforms. This is a new headcount and this position reports to the Head of IR and ESG.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and managing relationships to ensure a clear and consistent flow of information.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, both domestically and internationally, to promote the company's investment thesis.
  • Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and shareholder feedback to assess the company's performance and reputation within the investment community.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and communications teams, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and consistent messaging.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, press releases, presentations, and other materials for investors and analysts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investor relations to enhance the company's investor communications strategy.
  • Around 30 % travel to China

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in investor relations in sizable HK-listed companies
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, SEC regulations, and corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
