About Our Client

Our client is a US law firm, with a growing corporate practice. This role will support a newly joined team in providing support on their corporate transactions.

Job Description

As a Paralegal, this role will support on the ground work relating to IPO projects such as conducting due diligence, verification notes and assisting with drafting certain sections of the prospectus. For more experienced candidates, the title of Legal Manager can be offered, along with additional responsibility to assist on higher-level tasks of the projects such as taking the lead with communicating with clients.

The Successful Applicant

It is essential that the selected candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, holds a law degree (ideally from a top law school) and has relevant IPO experience. It is preferred that the candidate has a minimum of 1 year full-time work experience as a Corporate (IPO) Paralegal, however candidates with IPO internship experience (6 months+) will also be considered. Candidates with immediate availability or on short notice will be prioritized.
