Job Description

As an 'Investor Relations Director,' your main responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement a business plan with specific, measurable goals aimed at securing capital from both existing and potential clients.
  • Foster and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in each client or prospect organisation, adopting a solutions-oriented approach to build trust and achieve results.
  • Assist in and execute capital-raising initiatives and client service activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and share valuable insights with investors and internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Investor Relations Director' should have:

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience at private equity firms, Sovereign Wealth Funds, FoF, financial advisors, etc.
  • Superior communication skills, with presence as a senior executive who represents the firm at investor conferences
  • Experience in investor relations and client service
  • CFA, MBA, or CPA preferred
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
