About Our Client

Our client is a very sizeable and reputable Chinese conglomerate.

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with the headquarters finance department to follow up on the mid-term/annual reports, financial analysis and other related matters of the listed company
  2. Responsible for the work of the listed company's financial committee, audit committee, investment and project review committee, and board of directors.
  3. Responsible for external disclosure of financial information related to the listed company.
  4. Main and develop business relationship with targeted investors
  5. Organise and participate in roadshows, corporate meetings and other investor events in Hong Kong and other targeted regions
  6. Handle other tasks assigned by the leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree holder with CPA qualification
  • Former work experience related to Finance + Investor Relations + Company Secretary is required
  • Team player, self-motivated and willing to travel
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
