Job Description
-GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT：leverage local market research approaches to map business opportunities in key SEA markets (category, channel, consumer segment, price segment, etc.), develop go-to-market strategy for JOY group in south east Asia
-INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SCREENING: understand current brand and investor landscape in SEA, deal sourcing in consumer & digital sector across SEA region
-DEAL EXECUTION AND MANAGEMENT: lead the execution of SEA deals, and potential on - the-ground integration or business setup
The Successful Applicant
a) INVESTMENT BACKGROUND: Top fund experience in consumer & digital sector, track record of successful deals; SEA investment background a plus
b) 2-5 year investment experience c) Commitment in South East Asia markets; with at least 50% time of travel or base in Singapore , Indonesia / Vietnam
d) Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership of business; Passion in consumer sector
