About Our Client
Our client is a Japan listed company and mainly focus on operating food and beverage business worldwide. They are hiring a Corporate Finance Manager mainly focus on M&A projects of China markets.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Investigating new potential projects for the existing brands
- Conducting research on market trend and handling market analysis
- Performing financial modelling of the M&A projects
- Assisting in brand positioning and strategic planning
- Assisting in due diligence of potential M&A projects and handling budget and forecast planning
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy or other finance related discipline
- minimum 4 years of related working experiences
- Big 4 candidates in advisory, transaction services and consulting are highly preferred
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Independent, self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
