About Our Client
Our client is a leading multinational company with strong presence around the globe. The Employee Relations and Internal Communications department under the Human Resources division is hiring a newly created HR Internal Communications Manager role.
Reporting to the Head of Employee Engagement and Internal Communications, you will lead a small team and be responsible for designing and executing the communications strategy for all employee groups globally. You will develop and manage editorial content across the digital employee intranet, internal emails, internal magazine, videos, e-newsletters and other social media, with aim to facilitate and promote the company's ongoing transformation project, people strategy as well as strengthening the employee's engagement, work experience and job satisfaction. Along with the your counterparts in the employee relations team, you will design, develop and promote relevant information to specific geographical regions to ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees worldwide. In addition, you will manage the leadership engagement forums to connect the senior leadership team to the business, and manage internal communications for crisis situations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree qualified in human resources, business or other related discipline with over 8-10 years experience in communications role preferably in complex organisations with geographically dispersed employees. You will have a solid track record in developing and implementing internal communication strategies with strong knowledge of the technology tools, techniques and platforms to drive employee engagement and other internal people strategies. Advanced English and Chinese written skills are required while a good understanding of social media and how best to use it to drive the internal employee engagement will be key.

This is a newly created position within the Human Resources division and will report to the Head of Employee Relations and Internal Communications head. This is a sizable team of Employee Relations experts and you will have a team of 2 to support you for all internal communication matters.
