About Our Client

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager to join their team and support the company's transformation goals through strategic internal communications and impactful employee experience initiatives across the global workforce.

Job Description

  • Support the company's transformation goals through strategic internal communications and impactful employee experience with engagement initiatives across the company globally
  • Manage all internal communications channels, such as mass email, intranet, video updates, and global townhalls
  • Design and manage the annual employee engagement survey and other internal surveys, partnering with team heads, regional offices and external HR consulting firm to facilitate the implementation at global level
  • Manage and implement a range of employee recognition programs, from global annual awards, long service awards, to day-to-day recognition initiatives


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment is a plus.
