About Our Client

Our Client is a well-known property development company operating in Hong Kong, the PRC, and overseas.

Job Description

You will assess the business plans and proposals of JV companies, prepare and organise materials for board and management meetings, review and revise projects documents, and engage in negotiations with business partners. Additionally, you will gain experience in conducting strategic business analysis and financial analysis.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline, with CPA/ CIA qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience from CPA firm and Real estate sector, PRC experience is a plus
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles
  • Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
