About Our Client
Our client is an international law firm with more than 1500 lawyers globally, they currently have 30 offices around the world.
Job Description
- Prepare and file trade mark applications in Hong Kong and overseas, manage prosecution of trade mark applications and renew trade mark registrations
- Conduct trade mark availability searches and draft search reports
- Prepare and review evidence of use to support trade mark proceedings
- Analyse on trade mark filing strategy
- Other ad hoc assignments as required
The Successful Applicant
- 3-6 years of solid experience in IP portfolio management (trade mark focused)
- Excellent language skills, including written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, are essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and good time management skills
- Possession of legal background is an advantage
