Job Description

  • Serve as an internal consultant to the pricing team, translating business needs into effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams to support implementation activities and resolve issues
  • Perform quality assurance on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) outcomes
  • Review IT documentation (e.g., Functional Specifications) to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design
  • Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Provide system support to end users across different functions
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues in a timely manner
  • Support ad-hoc data extraction, validation, and analysis to meet business needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis and project delivery within insurance and/or banking and financial services
  • Prior experience in the Life Insurance industry is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with solid project management capabilities
  • Strong written English skills, with good command of spoken English and Chinese
