It offers a professional environment to drive impactful business and technology solutions.Job DescriptionSupport the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for the development and implementation of a new core policy administration system and customer portal.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionalities comply with defined business requirements and specifications.Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflows, and operational guidelines.Develop, update, and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clear project scope, alignment, and traceability.Liaise with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and provide updates on project progress.Support project planning and coordination activities to ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.Contribute to the Requests for Proposals (RFP) process by collaborating with cross-functional teams to prepare comprehensive and accurate submissions.Identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancement.Review IT deliverables, including Functional Specifications and design documents, to ensure alignment with user and business requirements.Provide post-implementation support to end users, including issue resolution, clarification of processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.The Successful ApplicantUniversity degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or a related discipline.2-4 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or the life insurance industry.Demonstrated experience in process optimization, system enhancement, or automation initiatives.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Well-organized, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from HKD 400000 to HKD 450000Opportunities to work with a large organization in the insurance industry.Collaborative and professional work environment.Exposure to high-net-worth client projects and cutting-edge technology initiatives.Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to make a significant impact in the insurance industry.
