Job Description

  • Act as an internal consultant to understand business needs within the pricing function, translating requirements into clear and actionable specifications for project teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project implementation, resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery across the full project lifecycle.
  • Perform quality assurance on UAT results, ensuring system outputs meet user expectations and business objectives.
  • Review functional and technical documentation to ensure alignment between user requirements and system design.
  • Participate in end‑to‑end system development activities, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide day‑to‑day system support for users, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and follow‑up actions.
  • Support ad-hoc data extraction, comparison, and analytical tasks to facilitate business decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years of business analysis or project management experience within the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.
  • Knowledge of the Life Insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven project management capabilities.
  • Strong written English skills and good command of spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Business Analyst position.
