Job Description

  • Deliver transformation initiatives from ideation through execution to closure.
  • Ensure achievement of desired customer journeys and business outcomes across programs and individual streams.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and subject matter experts to define requirements and design processes for projects.
  • Manage projects to meet timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal users.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and handle change requests proactively.
  • Oversee project pipelines and coordinate activities with the core team.
  • Track benefit realization for strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure successful execution of business change delivery, including BAU process changes, training, communications, and readiness for go-live.
  • Liaise with control functions (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Audit) to ensure regulatory and control requirements are met.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to sponsors and steering committees, escalating risks and issues as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management and business analysis, with a track record of delivering transformation programs or related initiatives (insurance industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance trends, and program requirements.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation projects using various methodologies in complex environments.
  • Vendor management experience for project delivery.
  • Background in finance, insurance, or healthcare sectors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Good understanding of insurance operations (e.g., Policy Administration, Claims, Customer Services).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Customer-focused mindset with passion for driving transformation success.
  • Recognized project management qualification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
