Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop business cases, requirements documentation, and functional specifications for insurance projects.
  • Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions and drive operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of testing, training, and implementation activities for insurance projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Proven track record in project management, planning, and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications in project management or business analysis are desirable.
