Job Description

As an Insurance Broker CEO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the company's strategic vision and objectives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the insurance operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Leading and mentoring the management team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
  • Ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Managing financial performance and ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Representing the company at industry events and fostering a strong brand image.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Insurance Broker CEO should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of the General insurance industry and its regulations. (Marine, P&C, EB and Claims)
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role or capacity.
  • Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • A track record of delivering successful outcomes in a competitive market.
