The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales team. This fast-paced role is focused on growing company's SMB & Mid-Market customer base through expansion and acquisition net-new customers. Some of the responsibilities for this position will include leading a new team focused on driving new business sales, working with existing and new channel partners and driving outbound calls and emails to new and existing customers. The objectives of this role includes acting as a strong sales leader in order to maximize revenue opportunities, achieving revenue targets, developing and maintaining strong partner relationships, ensuring team members are inspected, targeted, measured and held accountable for deliverables.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of sales, renewal or account management experience with proven tracked record in the area of network security or ICT. This candidate needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, and team oriented people management skills. Strong English written and spoken skills are must, and Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage.
