Job Description

  • Support the rollout, configuration, and maintenance of IT security tools and platforms.
  • Monitor and manage security alerts, investigate incidents, and assist with remediation activities.
  • Conduct security risk assessments for cloud platforms and review security posture for new cloud solutions.
  • Perform vulnerability scans for cloud‑based applications and follow up on fixes with engineering teams.
  • Help develop and update internal security standards, guidelines, and related documentation.
  • Contribute to the strengthening of application security practices through SAST/DAST tools and CI/CD integration.
  • Provide input into cyber defence initiatives and support incident response preparation activities.
  • Stay updated on industry threats, attack techniques, and best practices in modern security frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations or security engineering.
  • Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud security tools, such as Security Center or ARMS.
  • Experience securing blockchain‑based or cloud‑native applications is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and general compliance/security frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of application security testing (SAST/DAST) and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Awareness of cyber‑attack methodologies, incident response practices, and modern security models (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Certifications such as CISSP or CISA will be viewed positively.
  • Strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
