About Our Client
Our client is a leading property company in Hong Kong and China, they are looking for a native Mandarin speaker with finance background to join them.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and implement internal audit projects, including but not limited to operation management audit, responsibility audit, financial audit and other special audit work;
- Responsible for preparing audit procedures and audit papers, writing audit reports based on audit results, putting forward constructive opinions, and following up the application and implementation of audit results and recommendations
- Summarize the audit work, provide effective management suggestions for the company, and improve the audit value
- Audit report preparation and assist in ad hoc projects
The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accountancy or any finance related discipline
- CPA qualification
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in external or internal audit field
- Native Mandarin speaker is a MUST
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
