About Our Client
Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology firm with application across commericial, household and educational sectors. They are extending the research and development hub into Hong Kong and they will be based in the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.
In collaboration with the General Manager and senior management team, you will be responsible for setting-up the HR functions for the company's new R&D hub in HK covering recruitment channel, C&B grading and incentive schemes, HR policies and guidelines, HR process and flows etc. You will be working closely with the established HR team in China and to ensure the HK HR operations is fully comply with HK employment law and related regulations as well as align with the overall people strategy and employer branding. You will be leading all people related initiatives and building the team from scratch. You will be providing your people advice for all people-related decision and planning.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate will be a solid and agile HR with set-up / working experience in a start-up environment. You must be able to demonstrate your knowledge in HK related laws and regulations as well as good HR practices. To be considered, you will have to be able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. You will have to be a good communicator, organiser and influencer.
