Our client is a US-headquartered MNC with operations in more than 50 countries and 26,000 employees worldwide. They apply cutting-edge technology into manufacturing and production of speciality materials and products and their products are distributed globally and applied in a wide range of industries.
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, this role leads a Human Resources services team to provide a comprehensive Human Resources Operations and Payroll and Benefits Administration including but not limited to regular payroll, final payment, MPF & Tax management, visa application and renewal, work injuries and staff insurance to the employees based in the Hong Kong regional office. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing Employee Wellness programs, drive process improvement, conduct the review of current HR policies and procedures to ensure best-practice operation, project-manage process improvement initiatives to achieve functional excellence and continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with at least eight years of working experiences with focuses on HR service delivery, managing outsourcing vendors, Payroll & HRIS management in sizeable multinational organisations. You should be well-versed in Hong Kong employee laws and ordnance and have a strong commitment to HR compliance.
Successful candidate should be self-motivated, attention to details, proactive, knowledgeable about HR Shared Services Model and latest technology to drive process improvement. You should have solid experience in managing a team and driving changes.
