All-rounded HR generalist and HRBP role
About Our Client
Our client is an international, stable and reputable FMCG/healthcare product manufacturing and distribution company.
Directly report to the VP, Human Resources and dotted line report to Operating Department Heads, this is an all-rounded Human Resources generalist/business partner role covering recruitment and resourcing; compensation and benefits; payroll and final payment processing, employee relations; training and development; records management etc. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role in which you will handle a wide range of HR activities for around 100 to 150 headcounts in HK offices. You will stay abreast of legislative requirements by perusing employment legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on appropriate actions to ensure all internal HR practices and procedures are in compliance with local regulatory. You will also in charge of HR Reporting to headquarter management and providing insights on HR date and trends.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an Human Resources candidate with around 10 to 15 years of HR experience, preferably working experience and exposure of FMCG / Healthcare products / industrial companies. The job holder has to be a hands-on and down-to-earth candidate and is willing to handle a full spectrum of HR duties including payroll processing. At the same time, successful job holder has to be a candidate with a strong consultative mindset and is able to provide HR advice to management.
