About Our Client
With a strong commitment and full support from the management team, the HR Manager will drive changes in the Human Resources division, from an administration focused role to a HR business partnering function. The new Manager will be an all-round HR generalist with an entrepreneurial and positive mindset to drive the required changes in the team.
Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will spearhead the transformation and changes in the Human Resources division, from a traditional administration model to a professional HR business partnering role. This is a team leading position where you will provide a proactive, strategic and high quality HR advisory service focusing on a diverse range of activities including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits , market survey, talent management and development . You will work closely with the senior management team to review and integrate existing HR policies and practices as well as implementing new initiatives for the organisation. In addition, our client will have a new HRIS system in place, therefore the HR Manager will be need to lead the team to facilitate the data integration and roll out process.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 10-12 years Human Resources generalist background experience with 2-3 years in a management capacity. You will be an all-round HR team leader with a positive, personable and supportive character with a strong business partnering approach and can do attitude. You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be required. Candidates with experience in rolling out new HR system or driving system upgrades will be highly sought after.
