About Our Client
Our client is a reputable and sizable government funded non profit organization in Hong Kong.The organization is aggressively expanding in certain areas, hence they have an urgent need to hire a seasoned HR Manager expert to assist with their hiring plans and provide business partnering services.
Reporting to the Associate Director of the Human Resources department, you will lead a small team and be responsible for the HR and administration functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, policies, training and development, performance management and staff relations. You will work closely with the internal stakeholders and act as a true business partner, and provide consultancy advise in addition to practical support on HR related matters. There will be extensive interaction with all levels of professional staff as well as frequent liaison with other key departments.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be degree educated with a proven track record of success in HR management, ideally with experience gained from fully funded or semi government funded organizations, public sector, non-profit organization or from industry or companies where legal compliance is crucial. You will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of HR issues and have solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinances. High level of ethics, integrity, professionalism and diplomacy as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
