About Our Client
Our client is a multi-national FMCG and health-care related market leading company.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR and working closely with operation heads, you will the key business partner to the company and the business in HK office. You will be in-charge of the human resources functions and managing a full spectrum of people-related HR duties from headcount planning, annual people plan, end-to-end recruitment, annual salary review cycle, payroll/special payment calculations, compensation and benefits strategies and enrolment, employee relations and engagement, performance review, internal employee communications, regional people-related projects, HRIS system management etc.
You will build a close relationships with employees of all-levels and provide consultative people advice to line managers and department heads from time to time. You will be proactively review, discuss and implement new HR initiatives to improve HR functional excellence.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for HR candidates with around 8 to 15 years of human resources generalist experience gained from sizeable/reputable FMCG / consumer products / health-care related products companies. The job holder should be a solid HR candidate who is familiar with HR planning and operations, local employment laws and regulations and best practices as well as possessing a strong industrial knowledge. He/she will be able to demonstrate a good communication skill, a good sense of people related issues and solutions, as well as well a collaborative and can-do attitude.
