About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong based company with retail business across Greater China, with team-based culture, growing business and stable working environment. To support their expanding team, they are currently looking for a flexible, pleasant and proactive HR Director with good communication and interpersonal skills to join their team.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage people strategies, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, training & development, and organizational culture
- Lead and organize the Group HR department, and supervise HR team to formulate working plans, including in regions of Hong Kong, Taiwan and China
- Based on the Group's development strategies, to establish HR policies to ensure the successful implementation of its overseas business
- Optimize the incentive mechanism, rational planning and HR budget control
- Handle Ah-hoc duties as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 10 years of human resource experience, well-versed with China and Hong Kong employment ordinance and other related laws and legislation
- Experienced in HR management in retail industry
- Able to handle mufti projects in a changing working environment
- Self-motivated, hard-working, aggressive and responsible
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A high proficiency of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in computer skills and Chinese typing (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
