Job Description

  • Participate in the final drafts for the employee's handbooks, HR policies and procedures for Hong Kong head office and overseas offices for organization governance, markets alignment, and ensure they are adhering to the compliance with respective market's employment laws and ordinances
  • Involve in the planning and implementation of Compensation and Benefits projects, such as C&B bench marking.
  • Participate in market C&B surveys and provide findings and analysis to ensure all C&B policies and practices are in line with the respective markets
  • Assist in adhoc HR projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Business disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' Compensation and Benefits relevant experience, preferably with regional experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to details, and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent analytic skills, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and commitment to work to the highest professional standards and thrive in a culture of strong corporate governance
  • Good computer skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office
