Job Description

  • Familiar with the corporation HR issues, policies and procedures and provide an effective and responsive advisory service
  • Support the review on workflows and process to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Support assigned recruitment programme in the whole process from selection to interview and on-boarding.
  • Responsible on the administration of P-file
  • Assist with all on and off boarding duties
  • Participate in ad hoc assignments

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation
  • Ability to network and coordinate activities with other teams
  • Knowledge of workday
  • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures and systems
