My client is a leading financial institution with strong reputation in the market as a financial platform. They are leading in the countries located in Hong Kong and Europe countries, reputable with the services they provide.

Job Description

  • Assist the team on HR system management, monitor and review the HR information system and perform regular technical tasks;
  • Support in engagement with the IT team and external system vendor on a needed basis to address system issues and perform system enhancements, ensure system functions efficiently to support employee services, HR operations and people analytics;
  • Support HR operations with other HR operation team members, including but not limited to: payroll for Hong Kong and other overseas entities, benefits enrolment, leave management, MPF /ORSO administration and annual tax filing;
  • Maintain active and effective communication with system vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g., other HR teams and IT colleagues);
  • Participate in various HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3 + years any HCM SaaS development, configuration, implementation or/ and support experience
  • Work collaboratively in a small, cross-functional team
  • Excellent technical aptitude and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and internal customers
  • Ability to work effectively with others who are in remote locations and varying time zones
  • Committed to the success of the team and the company. Sees success of team as a reflection of self
  • Owns assign tasks and drives to a conclusion, keeps team informed of progress and challenges
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
